What does "Unable to find Invoice" mean?

If you have received this message it means that our Payment Portal either has not received the information about your invoice, or the invoice has already been paid for and is currently not stored on the Payment Portal. Please contact our Accounts Payable department if you wish to verify the state of your invoice.

There was an error during the payment process

In the event that an error has occurred, our staff will have already been notified of the issue and will attempt to resolve it for you. They may try to contact you for further information on the event.

I am unable to verify my invoice

Please make sure that you are using the "Grand Total" value on your invoice to access the Payment Portal. If you encounter an issue where the Grand Total value is correct and the Payment Portal will not let you in, please contact the store that issued the invoice to verify the value.
